Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience.
• Strong sales and customer service leadership.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership and training targets.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train & Lead Sales & Customer service team members.
• Maintain, update, train & ensure compliance to studio operating SOPs.
• Lead member retention efforts and grass roots marketing.
• Plan, organize and carry out studio events, promotions, and contests.
• Create content for newsletters and social media.
• Lead member milestone reporting and communications.
• Oversee email blasts, flyers, and member communications.
• Assist RGM & LI with Performance Management.
• Be the go-to for daily studio sales & customer service operations.
• Answer questions on member agreements, invoices, and POS notes.
• Drive sales goals in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Organize retail and manage inventory orders.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and overall studio appearance.
• Manage team meetings and ensure adherence to procedures.
