Frank Darling, a modern fine jewelry brand, is hiring an on-site Studio Manager for our Dallas studio. You will lead a design‑savvy team, drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a premium client experience from first consultation to final purchase.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in jewelry sales, strong leadership, and a keen eye for design. This role offers a fast-paced environment, close collaboration with NYC gemology teams, and a path to growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team coaching in a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall studio performance and achieve monthly sales KPIs.
• Coach and develop the sales team to hit targets through personal selling.
• Guide bespoke design discussions and educate clients on diamonds and settings.
• Maintain showroom standards and liaison with gemology/design teams.
