Job summary

West Coast Fitness LLC in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Studio Manager to lead sales, marketing collaboration, and staff development for a high-energy Orangetheory Fitness studio.

You will recruit and coach a team, implement member acquisition plans, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining studio operations and budgets. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail or equivalent management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing experience.
• Experience in Health and Fitness industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster the Orangetheory community and culture inside and out of the studio.
• Develop and execute member acquisition and retention plans with marketing.
• Recruit, hire and develop a stellar sales team.
• Ensure all company-wide initiatives are executed in/out of the studio.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new hires.
• Balance studio budgets and ensure customer service excellence.
