Orangetheory Fitness – Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking an energetic Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop staff at our studio. You will steer revenue growth, manage schedules, and uphold service excellence in a dynamic fitness environment.

The role requires proven sales leadership, strong people management, and a passion for fitness. You will mentor teams, coordinate events, and ensure high standards of customer care and studio performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales leadership and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM and scheduling tools; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, sales, staffing, scheduling, and facilities.
• Drive revenue through lead generation, outreach, and in-studio marketing.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to membership conversion with metrics.
• Hire, train, and mentor studio staff to maintain high performance.
• Conduct coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Plan events and member engagement initiatives to foster community.
• Ensure policy compliance and brand standards across operations.
• Maintain customer service excellence and resolve escalations.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and fully functional.
