Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness – Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, sales performance, and staff development for our studio. You will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of energy, motivation, and accountability.

This role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales experience and a passion for fitness and people. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while maintaining exceptional member service and brand

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sales leadership and management experience (fitness industry preferred).
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM or scheduling software.
• Degree in business, sports management, exercise science, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all studio operations, including sales, staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
• Drive studio revenue by executing lead generation strategies and in-studio marketing.
• Oversee the sales process from inquiry to membership conversion with performance metrics.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor studio staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Conduct coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews to uphold standards.
• Plan and execute events and member engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and brand standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and handle escalated member concerns.
• Manage studio budgets, payroll, inventory, costs, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
