Job summary

Shutterfly, Inc. is seeking a full-time Studio Manager for a JCPenney Portraits studio. You will lead the operation, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout photography, sales, and delivery processes.

The role involves overseeing scheduling, hiring, training, and selling activities, plus developing Team Members and driving sales results. Flexible schedule and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.

The Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will…

This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Maryland and New Jersey: [$ 21.39- $25.72]
