Job summary

Lifetouch is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead a portrait studio within a host environment in Washington. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences from photography through delivery.

Ideal candidates have supervisory or retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends; MS Excel skills are a plus. Join a team focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/retail/sales/photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

The Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will…

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)

• Minimum 18 years of age

Pay Rate: $21.00

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Washington: [$19.83– $23.80]
