Job summary

Lifetouch is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead a portrait studio within a host environment. You will oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage daily studio operations.

The role requires scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography processes, with an emphasis on developing team skills and achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
  • Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
  • Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
  • Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
