Job summary

Lifetouch, recruiting for a Studio Manager at a JCPenney Portraits location, seeks a dynamic leader to run the portrait studio operations and guide staff. Expect hands-on customer service, sales coaching, and adherence to studio processes to drive performance.

You will manage scheduling, hiring, training, and performance, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients from photo session through delivery. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
