Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios, Inc. is seeking a Dance Director / Studio Manager to lead private and group classes and drive student growth. You will partner with our team to help students achieve personal dance goals across a dynamic weekly schedule.

The role emphasizes high energy, exceptional customer service, and hands-on staff leadership. Evening and weekend event oversight is required to ensure a vibrant studio experience.

Qualifications

• Successful Dance Directors / Studio Managers: self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse ages.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and oversight.
• Accountability and teamwork with coaching and feedback acceptance.

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be able to offer the role of Dance Director / Studio Manager. If you love interacting with people, having fun, helping others, staying active, and having control over what you earn, you will love a career with Fred Astaire!

As a high energy, customer-focused Dance Director, you will oversee the private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students to reach their personal dance goals through many different ways – from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will have a unique honor to enhance people’s lives every day. You will meet and work closely with people from all walks of life which will give you a level of personal enrichment you could never experience in any other environment.

We maintain regular, full time studio hours throughout the week; however, we host some events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends as well which you will needand want to attendwith your students and oversee the staff.
