Qualifications

• Successful Dance Directors / Studio Managers: self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse ages.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and oversight.
• Accountability and teamwork with coaching and feedback acceptance.
• Strong communication and attention to detail across the staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee private and group dance classes across the week.
• Lead and inspire staff to deliver high-quality dance instruction.
• Attend events and oversee staff during evenings and weekends.
