Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a dynamic Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes, guiding students toward personal dance goals within a vibrant studio community.

You will participate in events with students, maintain high energy, and deliver exceptional customer service while growing with a respected national network that emphasizes skill, enthusiasm, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Able to commit to regular studio hours and events.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week.
• Guide students toward personal dance goals and lifelong dance journeys.
• Attend weekday evenings and/or weekend events with students.
• Collaborate with the Fred Astaire team to deliver a high-energy studio experience.
