Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing and currently hiring for the position of Dance Instructor. You will conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week, guiding students to achieve personal dance goals while collaborating with your Fred Astaire team.

We also host events on weekday evenings and/or weekends which you would attend with your students. The studio offers extensive training, a robust curriculum, and opportunities to travel to competitions and performances.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or dancing is a plus.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to engage participants of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week.
• Guide students to achieve personal dance goals and milestones.
• Attend studio events on weekday evenings and/or weekends with students.
• Maintain high energy and a positive, supportive teaching environment.
