Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Front-of-House Team: Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service.
• Be the Go-To for Member Support: Handle member concerns with care and confidence - always aiming for quick, effective solutions.
• Drive Sales & Grow the Studio: Lead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goals; motivate the front desk team to maximize leads and memberships.
• Be the Studio’s Front Desk Anchor: Greet members with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact.
• Manage Admin & Account Tasks: Process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop the Front-of-House Team

• Manage Admin & Account Tasks
  • Own the details: process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
  • Keep our systems accurate, up-to-date, and running efficiently behind the scenes
