Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Albuquerque, NM to oversee daily property operations, supervise onsite staff, and drive financial and resident satisfaction goals. The role requires strong leadership, leasing expertise, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will manage leasing, coordinate maintenance, ensure rent collection, and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and requirements
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, employees, vendors and other contacts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commute to Albuquerque, NM 87106

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within established financial and operational guidelines
• Conduct daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance
• Supervise onsite staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Interview, hire, train, and oversee property employees
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales and leasing techniques
• Address and resolve resident requests or concerns
• Manage administrative reporting and recordkeeping
• Develop resident retention initiatives and community activities
• Develop and oversee marketing and advertising strategies
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents or staff
• Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate payment records
• Maintain property payroll and perform other duties as assigned
