You will oversee daily operations, coordinate workloads, and supervise professionals while partnering with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design or consulting projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting teams through all phases of design and construction projects.
• Mentoring others and building a strong workplace culture.
• Confidence representing an organization in the community and developing strategic business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and design professionals.
• Build a collaborative studio environment where employees feel supported and valued.
• Encourage professional growth through coaching and development opportunities.
• Lead weekly planning and coordination meetings to align projects, priorities, and resources.
• Promote open communication and help the team navigate challenges constructively.
• Oversee daily branch operations and support successful project delivery.
• Coordinate workloads, staffing, and resources to support project success and employee well-being.
• Partner with project managers to maintain quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with project planning, fee development, contracts, and project kickoffs.
• Provide guidance and practical support for operational, project, or technical challenges.
