You will lead design, documentation, and coordination with civil, landscape, and planning teams. The role demands strong leadership, project management, and a design-forward mindset, with responsibilities spanning concept through construction administration and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Architect required.
• Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing appropriate to each project type.

Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual vision into buildable, code‑compliant design solutions.
• Lead architectural development from concept through construction documentation and construction administration.
• Coordinate with civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning teams for integrated delivery.
• Manage multiple projects across varying scales and coordinate production across teams.
• Serve as the primary architectural contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
