LJA Land Development is seeking a Studio Lead to guide architectural execution across multidisciplinary projects, from concept to documentation and construction administration. You will coordinate with civil, landscape, and planning teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality environments.

The ideal candidate offers strong leadership, design thinking, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships across parks, plazas, and mixed‑use spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Architect required.
• Ability to maintain working knowledge of applicable building codes, construction methods, materials, and detailing appropriate to each project type.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project development from concept through construction documentation and administration.
• Collaborate with civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning teams for integrated project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across varying scales, including parks and civic spaces.
• Serve as the primary architectural contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Translate conceptual design ideas into buildable, code‑compliant solutions.
