Job summary

Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution seeks an Operations Manager to lead infrastructure services for the Burbank Studio Lot, directing multi-trade teams and campaigns for reliable campus infrastructure. The role manages budgets, maintenance programs, and safety compliance to support active production and corporate operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering, FP&A, and Design & Delivery, driving uptime, and delivering excellent client service while managing labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities operations, infrastructure services, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders and assets.
• Experience leading union trades and multi-trade teams.
• Ability to develop capital plans and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations for the Burbank Studio Lot across multiple trades.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, outages, and repair programs with CMMS data.
• Guide union and non-union workforce, labor relations, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Capital Planning, and Engineering on budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure asset reliability, safety, and client service at campus scale.
