Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive architectural experience with leadership of complex projects
• 15+ years and prior Principal/Studio Leader/Director experience preferred
• Current Registered Architect license required
• Leads studio operations, staffing, employee development, and project delivery
• Owns QA/QC, financial performance, client relationships, and business development
• Reports to Owner/CEO
• Local and regional travel with valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, staffing, and employee development
• Direct project delivery for complex commercial, civic, education, healthcare, hospitality or mixed-use projects
• Manage QA/QC, financial performance, client relationships, and business development
• Maintain direct reporting to Owner/CEO; oversee travel to project sites
