• Reports to Owner/CEO
• Local and regional travel with valid driver’s license

This Principal / Studio Head opportunity is based in Reno, NV, and is ideal for an experienced architect ready to lead complex projects and operations with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Principal / Studio Head position include:

• 12+ years of progressive architectural experience, including leadership of complex commercial, civic, education, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use projects; 15+ years and prior Principal, Studio Leader, Office Leader, or Director experience preferred
• Current Registered Architect license required
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation software
• NCARB, LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar credentials preferred
• Leads studio operations, staffing, employee development, and project delivery
• Owns QA/QC, financial performance, client relationships, and business development
• Reports to Owner / CEO
• Occasional to moderate local and regional travel, occasional overnight travel, and regular project-site visits; valid driver’s license required

Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
