Job summary

You will ensure a warm, clean, and efficient studio experience, maintain product knowledge, and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and 3–4 hours per shift.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
• Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job.
• Must be a patient, courteous listener and respond to client requests with a can-do attitude.
• Cooperative manner with a focus on team culture.
• Ability to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and care for the studio’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Work as a cohesive team with all Barry’s staff members to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, assist with class bookings, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Fuel Bar: prepare protein smoothies, handle pre-orders, and process POS transactions.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment and spaces; ensure sanitary environment and restock supplies.
• Customer Service: build client relationships and participate in events to drive engagement.
