WellBiz Brands, Inc. seeks a dynamic Studio Manager to lead a massage and skincare studio in Stoneham, MA. This role focuses on coaching therapists, driving memberships, and delivering exceptional client experiences while growing revenue and maintaining strong team performance.

You will direct day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the brand standards and client-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail, spa, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or related customer-focused industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of therapists and front desk staff; recruit, onboard, and schedule.
• Drive membership sales, service revenue, and client retention with effective coaching.
• Oversee client experience, handle issues perceptively, and maintain service quality.
• Develop community relationships and local partnerships to grow the studio.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, sanitation, and KPI tracking.
• Monitor finances, control costs, and ensure profitability and reporting.
