Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling tools preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years golf teaching experience preferred; Trackman/SAM Putt Lab and club building highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver world-class golf instruction and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs: lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and MS Office.
• Grow the business by attracting new clients and keeping a full schedule.
• Organize clinics and events; develop customized lesson plans for players.
