Job summary

Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists who excel in hospitality and customer service to greet clients, assist with class bookings, and promote the Barry’s brand. This role includes front desk, Fuel Bar, and facilities maintenance duties, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a welcoming studio environment.

The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, requires excellent communication, and a passion for health and Barry’s community.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and at least one weekend day.
• Part-time employees: must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
• Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and brand.
• Must be patient, courteous listener with empathy.
• Responding to client requests with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, assist with class bookings, provide exceptional hospitality, manage inquiries, and drive brand experience.
• Fuel Bar: handle pre-orders, assist with product selection, process POS transactions, and maintain clean, sanitary bar areas.
• Facility Maintenance: clean and sanitize studios, locker rooms, lobby, and equipment; perform light repairs as needed.
• Customer Service: maintain client database, nurture relationships, and participate in community events to generate new business.
