Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Specialist to greet guests, assist with class bookings, and maintain a clean, welcoming studio. You will be the first point of contact, deliver exceptional hospitality, handle merchandise and Fuel Bar sales, and support front desk, facilities and maintenance tasks.

A friendly, team-oriented attitude and reliable schedule are essential. Full-time or part-time hours are available; mornings, evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule, including weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, assist with class bookings and questions.
• Fuel Bar: serve smoothies, handle orders, maintain bar areas.
• Facility Maintenance: clean equipment, spaces, and common areas.
• Customer Service: maintain client database and invite clients to events.
