The Bunny Hive Chattanooga seeks a Studio Experience & Membership Coordinator for part-time, on-site work in Chattanooga. You will lead grownup-and-me classes, warmly welcome families, and guide membership sign-ups while building community through social content and local partnerships.
You’ll train on curriculum, studio systems, and membership processes, focusing on relationship-building, sales, and small-business operations. Prior teaching or sales experience is not required.
Bring the energy. Build the relationships. Grow the community.
Are you the person who starts the conversation, remembers names, and makes someone new feel like part of the group? Would you enjoy leading a playful class one moment and helping a family find the right membership the next?
The Bunny Hive Chattanooga is looking for a warm, outgoing, and proactive Studio Experience & Membership Coordinator to help families feel at home—and give them every reason to come back.
This hands‑on role combines leading grownup-and-me classes, thoughtful hospitality, and proactive membership sales. You’ll be part of the experience you’re inviting families to join: teaching classes, getting to know our members, welcoming first‑time visitors, and turning great conversations into bookings and memberships. You’ll also help share the studio’s story through social content and local partnerships.
This is not a traditional classroom teaching position or a desk‑only customer service role. It’s an opportunity to develop practical skills in relationship‑building, sales, and small‑business operations while creating meaningful experiences for families.
Previous teaching or sales experience is not required. We’ll train you on our curriculum, studio systems, and membership sales process. You bring confidence, genuine interest in children and their grownups, and the initiative to follow through.
The Bunny Hive Chattanooga is a social club for families with children from two weeks old through kindergarten. Our grownup-and-me classes and social events bring families together through play, discovery, and connection—giving children room to explore and caregivers a place to build friendships.
We also host private celebrations, including birthday parties and baby showers. Whether a family is visiting for their first class or celebrating a milestone, our goal is to create a warm, inclusive home away from home.
Experience in hospitality, retail sales, customer service, events, theater, fitness, or other people‑facing roles is helpful.
Experience at a boutique fitness studio, gym, swim school, children’s enrichment studio, or another in‑person membership‑based business is a particular plus. Experience with young children or families is also welcome, but a traditional education background is not required.
Studying business, marketing, sales, communications, hospitality, or a related field? This is an opportunity to put those interests into practice through membership sales, client relationships, content creation, and local partnerships. You do not need to be a student to apply.
You’re confidently leading classes, welcoming families by name, and helping first‑time visitors feel at home. Introductory clients hear from you consistently, membership conversations lead to clear next steps, and families feel personally invited to return. You take initiative while keeping classes and day‑to‑day studio needs running smoothly.
