Core Arts Pilates in Anaheim Hills is seeking an organized, personable studio coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and logistical operations of our studio. This front-of-house role makes you the first contact for clients and staff, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to our standards of care.

You will collaborate with instructors and leadership to manage scheduling, billing, and on-site details, while maintaining a calm, presentable environment and confidential handling of client

Qualifications

• Experience in a Pilates, yoga, or fitness studio is a plus.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mindbody or similar software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and handle front-desk inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments; manage instructor calendars.
• Process billing and handle overdue payments professionally.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and studio activities.
• Enforce studio policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Support daily operations and care standards.
