Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold the highest health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail and class programming while maintaining an outstanding student experience.

Responsibilities include front desk leadership, inventory, housekeeping protocol, and coordinating a weekly teaching schedule with possible teaching duties for certified instructors.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills required
• Experience in customer service required
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• College (BA/BS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and coordinate schedules
• Serve as front-line ambassador for CorePower Yoga values
• Assist with membership growth and programming enrollment
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the studio
• Operate front desk, guide staff and students, and handle member inquiries
• Train and supervise Studio Experience Team (SET) staff
• Lead orientation and onboarding for new SET members
• Assist with HRIS, POS, and scheduling workflows
• Support teaching schedule with class coverage and subbing as needed
