Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the world-class studio experience by coordinating daily operations, ensuring highest health and safety standards, and acting as a bridge between teaching staff and the Studio Manager. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Community-focused programs.

You will work with the Studio Manager, help grow memberships and retail, and oversee front desk operations, class scheduling, and SET recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values in daily work.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred; yoga sculpt training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems: POS, HRIS, scheduling, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and ensure the studio meets health and safety standards.
• Assist Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment.
• Teach and sub in classes as needed, maintaining a minimum weekly teaching commitment if certified.
• Coordinate Studio Experience Team (SET) duties, including interviews and scheduling.
• Lead orientation and training for new SET members and monitor cleanliness protocols.
