Qualifications

• 15+ years in studio leadership or related creative leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of studio operations and asset workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio design team to ensure consistent standards and aligned ways of working.
• Provide steady leadership by building trust and clear roles.
• Translate vision into actionable goals, staffing plans, and workflows.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritization, and approvals.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and quality control across projects.
• Partner with senior leadership to align scope and delivery standards.
