Qualifications

• 15+ years of studio leadership or related creative services experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong design judgment and brand execution across channels.
• Experience guiding teams through change and growth while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio design team to uphold standards and staffing.
• Provide steady leadership and a shared operating rhythm.
• Translate vision into actionable goals and workflows.
• Govern intake, prioritization, approvals, and file release standards.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and quality control.
• Partner with senior leadership to align scope and delivery.
