Arc Worldwide, as part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Account Supervisor to lead strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen client partnerships in a fast-paced retail context. You will guide the development of strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality execution while aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years business leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Experience developing shopper marketing and retail activation strategies.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive strategic marketing plans.
• Knowledge of CPG brands and retail channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory on strategic marketing issues; develop marketing strategies that inform creative briefs.
• Communicate with the client regularly to obtain updates on the client’s business.
• Guide creative briefs from concept to measurement and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with strategy, media and creative teams to optimize advertising mix.
• Monitor results, identify brand threats and opportunities.
• Lead project budgeting and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Present new ideas and innovative approaches to solving client business issues.
