Job Description
SoulCycle Studio Crew members are responsible for bringing the “Soul” of SoulCycle to every studio visit. As a part‑time employee, you will forge connections with riders, provide top‑tier hospitality, and maintain operational excellence. You must be available at least 20 hours per week, working a minimum of 3 days—including one weekend day—and be willing to work peak holiday shifts.
Roles And Responsibilities
Hospitality Champion & Community Builder
- Curate impeccable, personalized rider experiences through high‑level customer service and hospitality.
- Build community with riders to anticipate their wants and needs.
- Treat the studio as a welcoming space where every rider feels valued.
- Provide support to instructors for class check‑in.
- Assist in all first aid situations as needed.
Business Driver
- Actively participate in studio‑specific challenges aimed at driving paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
- Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail, shoes, and water.
- Drive studio goals through intentional selling.
- Maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
Team Player
- Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
- Support training and coaching of new hires.
- Develop interpersonal relationships with all staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
Studio Maintenance & Environment
- Maintain the distinct SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
- Perform studio cleaning and prep (bikes, weights, floors, mirrors).
- Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.

- Experience in customer service.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
