Job summary

soona is seeking a Studio Creative in Austin for a part-time hourly role reporting to the crew lead. The ideal candidate will create visuals, manage lighting, and design sets while staying organized and juggling multiple projects.

You will interact with clients in-store and remotely, translate inputs into shoots, assist with pre-shoot prep and inventory, and handle up to 30 lbs of lifting. The role offers a strong hourly rate and a probation period of 90 days.

About the Studio Creative role:

The soona studio creative needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. on top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

This is a part-time hourly position located in ATX that will report directly to the crew lead.

• Assist with pre-shoot prep, equipment organization, inventory management, and overall studio orderliness. Some lifting required (up to 30 lbs).

This position comes with a 90-day probationary period, during which both the employee and soona will have the opportunity to assess the fit and performance. This period is standard practice to ensure mutual satisfaction and success in the role. Throughout the probationary period, you can expect support, guidance, and constructive feedback. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to permanent employment.
