Qualifications

• Luxury goods, jewelry, or consumer products experience preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Shopify, Airtable, or inventory software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production orders and vendor communication.
• Track manufacturing timelines and incoming shipments.
• Receive, barcode, organize, and reconcile inventory.
• Inspect products for quality control.
• Prepare wholesale and ecommerce orders.
• Maintain luxury packaging standards.
• Update Shopify, Airtable, and production trackers.
• Improve warehouse organization and SOPs.
