Job summary

BODY20 is seeking a friendly Studio Receptionist & Member Experience Specialist in Westmont, IL. You’ll be the face of the studio, greeting members, onboarding new clients, and supporting events and local marketing initiatives.

You’llManage member accounts, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads. Create social posts, contribute to email content, and help grow one of the fastest-growing fitness brands. Join a collaborative team and enjoy complimentary BODY20 membership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Available to work evenings and weekends: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–7:30 PM; Saturdays 7:00 AM–12:30 PM.
• Ability to participate in 1–2 BODY20 workouts per week to share personal experience with prospective members.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and manage the studio calendar.
• Answer membership questions and assist with member accounts.
• Follow up with prospective members and help convert leads into memberships.
• Support the sales process and onboarding new members.
• Assist with community events and local marketing initiatives.
• Create 2–3 engaging social media posts each week.
• Assist with content for the monthly email newsletter.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
