Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in Miami is seeking a Camera Operator to handle studio cameras for News, Sports and Entertainment. You will create smooth movements, pan/tilt/truck shots, and maintain all camera equipment while following rundowns and show directions.

The role requires familiarity with studio pedestals, lenses, and on-set troubleshooting. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; on-site work and flexible hours are expected to cover 24x7 productions.

Qualifications

• Experience in camera movement and shot composition for multi-camera productions.
• Familiarity with studio pedestals, lenses, and on-set troubleshooting.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred to support diverse broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Create smooth, fluid camera movements to elevate program value.
• Pan, tilt, and truck cameras; balance, setup, and maintain equipment.
• Control zoom and focus; ensure safe operation and correct framing.
• Follow rundown; take direction; work as a cohesive team during shoots.
• Be available for on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
