Job summary

Deluxe Media Inc. seeks a Text-to-Speech Audio Operator to manage audio recording, editing, packaging and asset inventory for high-volume QC and delivery. Based in Burbank, CA, you will own language tracks to ensure premium quality for large-scale data collection and upcoming English TTS production.

The role requires hands-on experience with Pro Tools, ADR, and narration techniques, plus the ability to coordinate tasks, prepare session scripts, and deliver compliant recordings on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in localization, production, and/or post-production.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows and standards.
• Deep knowledge of Pro Tools and ADR/dubbing recording techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production tasks and fulfill project requirements.
• Prepare scripts for recording sessions.
• Ensure script lines are recorded within acceptable level tolerance.
• Ensure lines are performed with intended voice direction.
• Ensure recordings meet studio quality expectations.
• Record remote talent via remote recording platforms.
• Edit, consolidate and deliver voice recordings.
• QC actor recordings and provide feedback to production manager or talent.
• Assist in supervising day-to-day studio operations.
• Assist Production Manager with voice talent performance management.
• Exhibit high efficiency and professionalism in communication.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
