Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned by the designated supervisor.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Develop course outlines and syllabi for approval.
• Create measurable course objectives and assessments.
• Build rapport with students and staff for effective communication.
• Maintain accurate course records and complete required forms.
• Be available for student consultation and advising activities.
• Assist in recruitment of students when appropriate.
• Participate in curriculum evaluation and instructional improvement.
• Represent the college professionally in the community.
• Engage in professional development for credentialing.
