Job summary

Advergrid is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to own the financial rhythm of a fast-paced studio. You will prepare and review financial records, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, and partner with producers on engagement forecasting.

In this role you will manage month-end close, handle AP/AR and payroll workflows, and coordinate with external tax and audit partners. A strong foundation in GAAP and SaaS revenue is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Working knowledge of Xero or QuickBooks.
• Comfort working closely with non-finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and quarterly financial reporting.
• Partner with producers on engagement margin and forecasting.
• Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll workflows.
• Lead the relationship with our external tax and audit partners.
