• Provide general office support, including computer-based tasks, campus mail distribution, campus errands, front-desk reception, email and telephone support. Professionalism and dependable attendance required.
• Qualified applicants must demonstrate strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. The role requires independent work, initiative, and the ability to remain productive in a busy environment while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are required. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and comfortable learning new systems as needed.
