Position Type: Hourly, up to 20 hours/week, as needed

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Reports To: Rickman Manager

Position Summary: Student Workers will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Auditorium.

Job Duties

• Sound mixing
• Lighting design
• Camera operation
• Video editing
• Setting up stage before and after productions
• Making sure guests adhere to building rules
• Cleaning up after events
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs
• Ability to work well with others

Experience with Sound, Lighting, or Camera work is preferred, but not necessary. If hired, you will receive on‑the‑job training in Sound Mixing, Lighting Design, and Camera Operation!
