Skills: Punctuality, a welcoming and approachable demeanor, willingness to learn about the NCMC catalog and databases to help students. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide range of students.
Physical Demands: Moving about between buildings on the NCMC campus, ascending and descending stairs, reaching, pulling, and pushing when filing. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and remain stationary at a desk for extended periods while typing and answering phones.
Environmental Demands: Fluctuations while walking on tile and carpeted floors in a heated and air‑conditioned environment.
