Job summary

Genuine Foods seeks a full-time Barista to serve students and staff in a school setting, delivering high-quality beverages and maintaining service standards.

You will craft drinks, greet customers, and ensure food safety while contributing to a clean, collaborative work environment and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and team-oriented.
• 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume facility or restaurant.
• Prior barista experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness.
• Punctual and able to adhere to time and attendance policy.
• Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interest in Genuine Foods' mission to use food to help students.

Responsibilities

• Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.
• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
• Ensure food safety standards are being followed.
• Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.
• Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with cleaning duties.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
