Job summary

Sodexo at SUNY Oneonta is seeking a Student Worker to support campus operations across food service, facilities, and offices. You’ll work under on-site Sodexo management with shifts that vary and open availability preferred.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and access to Sodexo benefits such as paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and 401k. You must be a current student at the host college.

• Candidates should be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable and able to foster a healthy, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• May work in a variety of locations around the campus including food service, facilities, and offices.
• Execute assigned duties such as cooking/serving, clerical work or cleaning.
• Assist daily operations and may be given special projects.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable regularity.
• Other duties may vary by account and client requirements.

Location: STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT ONEONTA - 41450001

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $16.00

What You’ll Do:

As a Student Worker at Sodexo, you are also a pair of helping hands and an eager learner. You will work under the direct supervision of on‑site Sodexo management and will serve in a role as mutually agreed upon.

Responsibilities include:

• May work in a variety of locations and vocations around the school campus, including food service, facilities (cleaning), and offices (clerical/marketing) on client premises.
• Executes assigned job duties for the agreed upon role, duties could include cooking and/or serving food, clerical work, or cleaning.
• Assists in daily operations and may be assigned special projects
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
