Job summary

University of Central Arkansas is seeking a Federal Study Student Worker in the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Dean’s office. The position is part-time, Monday–Friday, 10–20 hours per week, onsite at the Conway campus.

Primary duties include organizing records, updating marketing materials, helping plan events, curating newsletters, supporting the CHBS Student Research Symposium, assisting students and staff with classroom access, and generating reports for assessments and leadership

Responsibilities

• Sorts and files records into correct folders within the office filing system.
• Mazes updates to the CHBS marketing materials.
• Responsible for helping plan events such as receptions and opening meetings.
• Curates newsletter using the design template.
• Assists in planning and implementing the CHBS Student Research Symposium.
• Assists with student and faculty needs including unlocking classrooms, unlocking lockers, and making copies.
• Creates reports for college assessments and leadership meetings.
• Helps with the social media and marketing needs for CHBS and the ITC.
• Assists with communication between the college and departments including save the dates and faculty announcements.
• Assists Associate Deans and Program Specialists as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
