You will collaborate with Student Health, CAPS, DukeReach, Health Promotion, and university partners to drive data‑informed decisions, develop dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement across student wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Higher Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in data analysis, assessment, research, reporting, or decision support.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and quantitative research methods.
• Experience utilizing statistical software, preferably SPSS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, integrate, and manage data from multiple systems including Epic, Titanium, Point and Click, Maxient, REDCap, and other institutional data sources.
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement across Student Well‑being programs and services.
• Evaluate data quality, investigate anomalies, and ensure the integrity and reliability of reporting.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and reports that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Develop recurring reporting processes and KPI tracking in partnership with departmental leadership.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Serve as a trusted resource for well‑being data requests across the university.
