Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Higher Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in data analysis, assessment, research, reporting, or decision support.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with statistical software (SPSS) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, integrate, and manage data from multiple systems including Epic, REDCap, and SQL databases.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead recurring reporting processes and support decision-making with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to define reporting priorities and present findings.
