Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing crisis intervention, risk assessment, case management, behavioral health services, or care coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct mental health screenings and risk assessments to identify student needs.
• Evaluate students with emotional, behavioral, academic, medical, or psychosocial difficulties and determine interventions.
• Identify at-risk students and initiate response protocols to ensure safety.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate campus and community services for students.
• Maintain active caseloads and monitor progress with referrals and treatment recommendations.
